We never thought Bill as a brother-in-law, but only as a brother. His consistently kind and loving treatment of our sister, Connie, their sons and grandchildren was among his many hallmarks. Our hearts are saddened with the loss of a wonderful husband, father, & grandpa. The great times we shared will never be forgotten.
