My Story

Alexandra L. Ullom was born September 19, 2006. In October of 2007 she underwent a cord blood transplant at Tufts New England Medical Center Floating Hospital for Children, to help battle Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Although her courageous battle ended on February 24, 2008 the family is still continuing the fight against Myelodysplastic Syndrome in her memory.In her fight against Myelodysplastic Syndrome,She had many blood transfusions.In helping to combat Myelodyspastic Syndrome my family are still encouraging others to donate blood.
