My Story

Melody was the type of woman who loved everyone. I met her about 3 years ago and fell in love with her. She soon became my second mom and her daughter my sister. She went into the hospital about a month ago just to have fluid removed and got really sick. About a week after that her doctor found out that she had cancer on her liver. About a week after that they found out that the cancer had spread through her blood. Then the doctors told her that she had weeks or months left. A week or so later they moved her out of the hospital into a nursing home where she passed away about 2 or 3 days later. I am so glad i met her and got to know her so good. She always was so sweet caring and giving. She would always be in her chair in the livingroom watching die hard or tremors or either playing her doctor mario. She had so many "adopted children" that she loved and I was one of them. Mom we will always love you and always miss you. Have fun up there in Heaven looking down on us and laughing your butt off when we do something stupid.
