Louie was born in Haggerstown, MD and lived most of her life in Florida, where she found the love of her life who helped her raise her children. Louie had a heart of gold and was always the fist one to give you a shoulder to cry one, as well as try her best to help you resolve your situation. The world is a lesser place without her, and her family and friends will miss her for the rest of their lives
