Joe was intelligent, outgoing and adventureous.  He was always looking to try new things and see new places.  He loved playing his guitar and singing songs.  He didn't seem to be afraid of anything.  He enjoyed the finer things in life and had high class tastes from clothes to cars to food.  He had big hopes and big dreams.  He was a 'jack of all trades' and worked as a photographer, a paralegal, a private investigator, and a contractor.  He especially loved having his own business.
