My Story

Jesse was born at home to his mom, Kat and his father, Bob, on June 26th, 1980.  He was born, Jessiha James Lancaster, but later changed his name legally, to Jesse Lancaster.  He grew up and went to school in and around Curlew Washington.  Jesse's parents did not remain married, but Jesse spent time living with both after seperation.  Jesse spent time living and playing in Omak, Wa., and Wenatchee Wa. as well.  He attepted college at Wenatchee Valley College, but was not able to continue until completion.  Jesse worked in both family owned and privately owned orchards in Wenatchee Wa., while living in that area.  He was only human and made some mistakes throughout life and for that, he spent a portion of his life in jail/prison as well.
At the age of 28, Jesse was released on probation and was trying to stay out of trouble, while living with his mother.  Next to sleep, his favorite pass time at his moms apartment, was her computer and that is how he met his wife.
Jesse and Jamie met in December of 2008, through an online dating site called "Plenty of Fish".  Shortly after learning of eachother and after numerous email, phone calls and texts, Jesse got in his car and drove from Wenatchee Wa., to Post Falls Id. to meet Jamie face to face.  Jesse was definitely a risk taker and spontaneous as well.  In this case it those qualities led him in the right direction, as Jesse and Jamie were soon inseperable and working on a family (one of Jesse's biggest dreams). Jamie had 3 girls from previous relations, and Jesse took on the role as father almost emediately and they gladly accepted and respected Jesse for that.  Jamie soon found out she was pregnant, which was the couples desire together.  While living in Idaho together, Jesse proposed to Jamie and they started to make arrangments for their wedding.  Shortly before their planned wedding date, Jesse was detained and taken back to Washington for violating probation by being in Idaho.  This prompted Jamie to pack up and move her home and kids to Washington, to be a family and so that Jesse could remain in compliance with probation.  The couple were married on Aug 7th, 2009, while on a visit to North Idaho to see Jamie's family.
In Sept. of 2009, they moved to Rosalia, Wa. and made it home.  The older girls attended school there, and eventually, the whole family started attending church services at the Assembly of God Church in Rosalia.
On Oct. 12th, 2009, Trinity Rose Lancaster was born at deaconess medical center.  This brought the couple even closer and they each shared the responsibilities equally.  Jesse loved being the daddy of his little baby girl.
On the morning of March 17th, 2010, Jamie awoke to find Jesse not breathing, cold and unresponsive.  While on the line with emergency services, Jamie preformed respitory compressions on her husband, until help arrived.  Thirty minutes later, Jesse James Lancaster was pronounced dead.  Cause of death, multiple drug overdose.
