JANET TE URUMAHIAARANGI MAXWELL

Janet Te Urumahiaarangi Maxwell, Daughter of Makareta and Joyal Pene. Brought up in the country, at a place called Oruawharo, N.Z. Her Name- Te Urumahiaarangi means “ONE WHOSE WORKS DESCEND FROM GOD” in Maori. Janet Maxwell was brought up as a proud Ratana along with her 5 Brothers and 3 Sisters. Her Mother, Makareta Pene and her Father Joyal Pene, were very strong believers of the faith, (Ratana), therefore it was passed down to there children, who to this very day, still go to Church.

Janet Maxwell Was a Loving Mother of Anahera Maxwell, Joyal Maxwell, Kororia Maxwell, T.J Williams, Trevor Williams and Girlfriend (Wife) of Thomas Williams. Janet Maxwell brought up all of her Children mostly at 32 Ventura Street and James Street, Mangere, Auckland.

Janet Maxwell, was a very giving and loving women, to her loving children and to her family, she always opened her doors to anyone, anyone who needed help. She was there for them at anytime or day.

Then in 2006, Janet Maxwell developed Aggressive Cancer, We became aware of it in October 2006, When the doctor told us, she did not have long to live. Then………………………..

On December the 16th 2006, at 3am Saturday Morning, (Middlemore Hospital) Janet Te Urumahiaarangi Maxwell, passed away.
