My Story

Gary was the other half of my heart and I will always love him.  He left behind adoring children, grandchildren, friends, his mother, sisters, sister in laws, brother in laws, mother in law and many , many friends and acquaintences.  He was loved by all who knew him and he loved all in return.  

Gary was an athlete, intellectual and all around fun guy - he loved cycling, camping and backpacking, was a former triathelete and marathon runner, economist and amatuer historian.  He loved his family and friends with sincere devotion and strove to make his illness something that others would not dwell upon.   He was proud of his role in bringing others together and felt that his life had much meaning and was very satisfied with it, although it did not last as long as we would have liked.

He will be missed each and every day.
