CHARLES FOSTER WAS A VERY TALENTED AND HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL.  HE LOVED TO
BE CREATIVE AND  ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIS HANDS.   MY DAD ALWAYS HAD A GOOD
WORD FOR EVERY BODY.  I WILL TRULY MISS MY DAD.  HE IS EVERYWHERE AROUND ME
AND HIS SPIRIT WILL ALWAYS BE BY MY SIDE.  I LOVE YOU DAD.  GOD REST YOUR SOUL.
