My Story

alexus was a very beautiful little angel . she was a blessing to all. alexus had myoclonic epilepsy .she battled epilepsy for 15 mnths before it took our little angel. If you had the chance to meet her you fell in love with her instantly.she spent alot of her life in different hospitals .but she did it with a smile on her face .She loved to tell us "look" She just wanted us to see things through her eyes! EVERY morning i would go see alexus and she would get so excited  and come running to the door and say "HI" then she would grab a blanket and pillow and lay on my lap and just love on me ! when i got the phone call that  she was brain dead  a piece of me died also .When i walked into her hospital room and saw her laying there on life support AGAIN !  I Lost it !!! This has been the hardest thing our family has ever gone through. Although i am only her aunt I loved her so much !!We had seen lex go through so much ! more than any one should have to go through let alone a baby . There is so much to say about her ! Alexus has a older brother Aedyn age 3. He tells us that lex still plays with him !! Who are we to say she dont !!

By uncle Jim Lex was Loved by everyone you could not meet sexy without falling in love with her. She was such a happy baby ,its hard to believe she is gone. But I know she has no more pain or suffering and she's an angel now. but it's still so hard for me and I can't even imagine how her parents feel. I wonder how parents go on after the loss of a child but I guess you just do it some how some way. I think her parents are just as strong as she was because she faught for a year and a half to servive but it was just to much for her but she was a fighter just like her parents. We love you Lexy and miss you. Jim & Matt

From her mom:  Alexus was my little angel and could do no wrong in my eyes!  I miss her so much and its hard to get through the days without her, but she taught me how to be strong.  She was such a happy baby no matter what she went through and she went through a lot the past year and a half.  She was a blessing sent from God for all of us, but just for a little while.  She was too precious and good to be on this earth for too long, I just have to believe that and thats how I can get through the pain.  Everybody loved her because she made you love her, she was stinkin rotten and ornery, but she was a normal almost two year old.  My heart will always be broke because I don't have her any longer but I will see her again.  I love you Lexi! Always and Forever, Mom
