My Story

Alan was the first born to Rosemary and Jim wilson. Alan was born on the 19 th April 1976. He grew up in Locharbriggs and was educated at Locharbriggs primary and Dumfries high school (occassionaly when forced). Alan loved football and was a fan of celtic fc and Queen of the south who he used to follow as much as possible. Alan lived in Stranraer for a short time with his girlfriend and step son. Alan was a popular guy who enjoyed going for a pint with his mates and playing video games with his pal Doug.

Alan worked in a variety of jobs the last to were focus where he met Debbie Mullholland and express bakeries.

Alan was quite a quite and personal boy but always there for his friends and family in times of need.

Alan had a wee sister Laura or bounver as he used to call her they fought like cat and dog but they really did look after each other.

Alan sadley passed away on the 23 rd of December 2006 and no one to this can really give his family any answers as to why.

Alan was found by his dad face down on the bedroom floor and no one can tell him why a fit and healthy 30 year old just dropped dead .

Alan left a big hole in the lives of all who knew him the day he died.

However his family did him proud as a celtic fan and a patrotic scot by burying alan in his celtic strip and his kilt just what he would have choosen.
