My Story

Jennifer was born & raised in Nelson, B.C. & had many passions about her. She was a very bubbly person. She had the brightest green eyes & a smile that would light up any room. Her favorite color was lime green and her favorite flower, the lily. She was very close with all of her family which all lived closed by expect for one brother who lived a distance away, but she cherished him as if he were right there. Jen also had very close friends that she treated as if they were family. Jen knew how to make anyone smile. She had a heart of gold and was always there to talk to if you were feeling a little down. Jen had hero's as well in her life that blessed her with there friendship. Two very special people who also had to fight very hard for the right to live. One of those dear friends was also taken very young. Jennifer also had many friends and family around her near and far. Jen touched so many lives, too many to metioned with her battle as well as her love for life. Jen's battle began just before her 19th birthday when she was diagnosed with renal cancer, she fought as hard as she could until the fight was no longer hers. She left us on the 8th of January  to a place where she would be at peace. Leaving behind her loving family & friends with many memories to keep us smiling. Her life may have been short but the time we had with her will always be cherished forever. Jen's favorite quote in life was "Keep It Postive" from her uncle who she now joins at rest. Jen joins many friends and family  on her new journing, she shall never be alone & one day we shall all be together again.
