My Story

James was one of a kind, no one could and will never compare to him. He loved to play tuba in the marching band. He was not afraid to stand out in a crowd, and loved being different. When I think of James I get a smile on my face and a tear in my eye all at the same time. It is a sad thing that he is no longer with us, but we all know he would not want us to stay down. I tear up and smile because I have many happy times with him. He was a great cousin... You are greatly missed JD!~ James is my cousin and our family loves and missed him very much! James want to let you know, not a day goes by we don't think about you. For now you are with grandma and grandpa keeping them company until we can all be together again.

I treasure every moment
you spend in life with me.
I hoped to have you longer,
but it's not meant to be.

You left this world so suddenly,
I think my heart went too.
I feel so lost and lonely,
and I cry from missing you.

I know you're in a better place.
I know you're happy there
I know one day I will join you
but the wait it too hard to bear.

My heart feels like it's breaking
as I try to carry on.
You were my life, my everything
but now sweetheart, you've gone

I'll count the years until the time
I join you there above
