Dearest Mum, I am thinking of you as the fourth anniversary of your leaving approaches... my heart is sore and my tears pour remembering you... You were so beautiful in every way and I miss you every single day. So much to tell you, so much to say...I miss you more than words can say. I love you. xxxx

Remembering you today, Mum...and missing you so much.... wishing you were here and I could talk to you. I have so much to tell you.... so much to explain.... how I wish you could know the things that are in my heart. My world has been so empty since you have been gone...I miss your loving presence, your warm embrace and your welcoming smile. I will always love you and miss you, Mum. xx

Dearest Mum... I think of you today on your third anniversary.... as I do every other day since you left me... How I miss you...how I long for you. Couldn't sleep last night remembering when you and Dad were here and everything was right, at Aylrue. Where did the time go? How can you be gone and everything familiar and loved by me disappear for ever... Mum, I hope you are having a Heavenl...

Dear Granny, Here is a bright yellow sunflower, similar in colour to your favourites, daffodils. There is a field here that is full of bright yellow daffodils and I think of you every time I pass it. I think you would have loved it. I think of you every day and miss you very much. I'm sure you're very busy now what with grandpa, Geoff and now you will be looking after my twin babies...

Oft in the stilly night, Ere slumbers chains hath bound me, Fond memory brings the light, Of other days around me, The smiles, the tears, of childhood's years, The words of love then spoken, The eyes that shone, now dimmed and gone, The cheerful hearts now broken.

Two tired eyes are sleeping, Two willing hands are still. For one who suffered far too much, Is resting in God's will. You never said goodbye to us, Perhaps its just as well, We never could have said goodbye, To one we loved so well.

Your gentle face and patient smile. With sadness we recall You had a kindly word for each And died beloved by all. The voice is mute and stilled the heart That loved us well and true. Ah, bitter was the trial to part From one as good as you. You are not forgotten Mum Nor will you ever be As long as life and memory last We will remember thee. We miss you now, our hearts are sore, ...
