Been driving past your mothers house alot lately, so thinking of you often. I know you don't miss my salty soup. Happy day before.

I will always remember those long nights on "Maggie". Drinking games overseen by the JUDGE. Your weird enjoyment of yogurt drinks and tuna !at the same time! Thank you for the loan of your books, the right-hand side of that crappy bed, your loving kindness when the Mr. and I had broke up Again. Strangers in a Strange land indeed. I'll be seeing you, save me a piece. Love you.

Still in my memory Marc. I can't ride without honoring you and thinking of you each time I swing my leg over my saddle. You are missed.

Mark Kohler's Eulogy: I first met Marc on Katriders about 5 years ago. I remember my initial thoughts of him as being arrogant, though knowledgeable, and yet pompous. We “text argued” about the necessity of a valve adjustment on my motorcycle that had less than 2,000 miles on it. We jostled back and forth and when I decided to eat some humble pie, I made an agreement with myself to attempt to t...

Kohler Eulogy Part 2: Marc, in his very nature, offered to ride 100 miles north to my house and show, correction, TEACH me how to do the job. I believe that was part of his mantra-to TEACH others. He taught me not only how to not be intimidated with working on the internals of my motorcycle engine, but also my own internal human engine. His requested compensation for this round trip lesson? A c...

Kohler Eulogy Part 3: We spent the next couple of years getting together every 6 or so months and I would be remised if I forgot to mention the time Paula/Marc/Scotty came up for a weekend. He offered to buy and cook steaks if we bought the beverages. Naturally, I already heard about how delicious his steaks were, so that was an easy agreement from my end. I remember him smacking my hand just a...

Kohler Eulogy Part 4: I remember it well…..the day after my wife walked out on me. I was shell shocked to say the least. Marc was the first person to ask me if he could come up (or if I would come down). He called me and then spent a very difficult night consoling me and helping me through one of the most challenging times in my life. I’ll never be able to repay him for his kindness during that...

Kohler Eulogy Part 5: Finally, there was the last trip that I saw him. He came up to Ocala (about 5 months ago) and was his usual, jovial self. We road some nice sweepers, with him purposely staying at the back, probably as a gesture to the other riders to enjoy the road. We caught a bite to eat and I remember he had the waitress laughing each time she would bring us our food or drinks. I think...
