Its been 15 yrs this month (January 19, 1995) since Dad died. He had heart disease and died from an heart attack.
Dad and mom would had celebrated 50 yrs together, but he died before June 30 came around. They had 2 sons (Richard & Ronald) and 3 daughters (Shirley, Linda & Bonny). Also 7 grandchildren (Pam, Rhonda, Zachary, Keith, Jaime, Heather & Verna. He would have some great grandchildren too if he was alive today.
Dad was a WWII Army Veteran, who served in the European Theater. He was held prisoner of war in the camp along the Rhine River. He was also awarded the Prisoner of War Bronze Eagle Medal.
Most of his life he was a cement truck driver, which he retired from.
 He enjoyed being around his family and Christmas was his favorite holiday. He was like a little kid when he was opening up his presents. Also he liked helping putting up the Christmas tree.
 He was very well liked and very out going person to be around. To this day he is very much missed.
On April 27, 2011, our mother, Marie, went to heaven to join our father. They have been apart for sometime now. I am sure that they are happy being back together again. We all miss both of you.
